Comfortable stay with some quirks
I appreciated the warm welcome and the practical setup here. it was neat having tea and coffee provided in the room. The location was quite handy, with a bus stop just a few yards away, making it easy to get into the city. the decor felt quite dated, and the shower pressure could use a boost.

Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the clean room with neat tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast options were plentiful with cereals, toast, and a good fried egg served hot. Located close to a bus stop for easy access to the city center, a real time-saver. The shower water pressure was low during peak times, which was a bit frustrating, and the room decor felt dated. Limited on-site parking made it tricky to find a good spot, though I was able to use a nearby street space with a parking voucher. a fair value for a budget traveler looking for basics.

Clean and warm room with comfortable bed.
The self-check-in process was confusing due to lack of instructions. I struggled to find out how to open the key safe, and the locks didn’t work as expected. the bathroom fan was noisy and brought unpleasant smells into the room.

It was just a great fit for a weekend breather in Oxford with good value for price. Enjoyed the self-service breakfast with a variety of cereal options and a friendly atmosphere. Make sure to keep an eye on the parking situation to avoid a long walk from the nearest legal space.

I loved the quick check-in and the super fresh breakfast options that hit the spot! They had a nice lounge area to unwind after a day out. A little garden to chill in too. The shower was a tad cramped, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 😊

Chur, the room was comfy and the showers were quite good, but the place could do with a freshen up—it's seen better days for sure! Nice brekkie too!

The guest house was well maintained and clean with our little one. The proximity to shops and bus routes was a huge plus for our family. Breakfast options were ample, and we appreciated the cozy atmosphere.
My kids wished for a larger room for playtime.

This place was just a strong match for shopping in Oxford with attractive and competitive value for money. The shower was so tiny, I didn't even use it. Make sure to check in before you get there, as nobody greeted me at the door.
